FREE SERVICES are offered to qualifying residents of Boulder, Broomfield, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville and Superior who are at or below 150% of the 2010 federal poverty guidelines.

SLIDING COST SERVICES are available to anyone above 150% of the 2010 federal poverty guidelines based on income and ability to pay and starting at just $30 per hour.
